Why I do it

I am on a viscous trek for serious fitness. It is a life long journey dedicated to my rockin’ awesome husband. I also dedicate this journey to every woman out there who doesn’t know if it’s possible or if it’s too late.

Fitness is a lifestyle, not a trend. It is not about discipline, it is about reprogramming the way you think. The first step is deciding what you truly want with regards to your health and fitness.
