Simple Sunrise Smoothie

Yum! Puree all ingredients:

1/2 cup nonfat cottage cheese
1/2 cup milk (skim, soy, almond, rice, goat or milk of your choice)
1/2 tsp lemon flavored avocado oil (I used regular avocado oil)
1 scoop protein powder, vanilla or unflavored (I used vanilla)
1 navel orange, peeled (I left some of the peel on, since I have a pro-grade blender that will completely pulverize the skin–Packed with nutrients!!)
1 Tbsp wheat germ
Handful of ice cubes (about 5)

I also added 1/4 cup of oats. Beware, this recipe makes A LOT. I could barely finish 1/3 and had to freeze the rest.
