This definitely took longer than anticipated! I attribute it to my small and narrow sieve. The cheese has a less dense consistency than cream cheese, but has a very similar flavor. I spread a bit over a toasted mini onion bagel – DEEE-lish! Can’t wait to try it on my bison roast!
