2 quarts of plain yogurt. check.

cheesecloth cut and ready. check.

sieve. check.

bowl for catching water. check.

So here goes nothin’!

  2. This definitely took longer than anticipated! I attribute it to my small and narrow sieve. The cheese has a less dense consistency than cream cheese, but has a very similar flavor. I spread a bit over a toasted mini onion bagel – DEEE-lish! Can’t wait to try it on my bison roast!
